The Skiing Lesson
We all took skiing lessons in Maine and had a great time. Dee & Dave went swishing down the slopes. Katie and Tony made it up the lift for one big run. Rebecca and Liam spent most of the time on the "magic carpet" run. I spent the afternoon with Carlton. (That is me in the sexy ski-bunny outfit!) I'm in good company - I think he taught Lincoln how to ski too!

You Gotta LOVE IT
Gotta say... I am LOVING technology:
Driving home from work... called home on my hands free cellular device.... Don answered and put the portable home phone on speaker... and placed it in front of the laptop where he was skyping with Susan... and I got to speak with Susan in Santiago Chile while driving home through Tewksbury Mass... You gotta love it!

A wonderful week in review
Hi Everyone,
This has been a terrific week: theater, dinner, laughter, food, family, arts and crafts, wine.....
It began on the 13th with the DiPalma Flaherty: Wheelock Family Theater's presentation of "The Secret Garden. We then had a surprise guest meet us after the show: DEE! We then traveled to Natick for a sumptuous home cooked Italian dinner ala Dave... lots of wine, laughter and tears...
Then last weekend a Pomarole -Flaherty Make Your Own Pizza Party.
Thank you all for braving Friday night traffic to join us.
Soo much fun. We have everyone's aprons ready for delivery.
We love you all!

SNOW 2011
This posting could have any of the following titles:
"How NOT to finish your college applications"
"How to spend the day with great neighbors"
or
"Hey, great view from the roof!"
Our neighbors Diane and Russ came by with their roof rake to help us out.. then another neighbor Tony came by and offered to get up on the roof to shovel...so DJ (who is not fond of heights) spent the afternoon on our roof and Tony's roof shoveling the snow before the rains hit. Don's broken wrist sidelined him from the action!
Despite the cold and the rain... a really nice afternoon hanging with neighbors and helping each other out!
Now... out to dinner!
