My Empty P.O. Box

So because I am in the great (but distant) state of Ohio and I'm an English major, I have a great love of mail. Letters, notes, pictures, and drawings are all in great demand. I'd be happy to get anything! So if the fancy strikes you, drop me a line to this address:

Susan in Ohio

Hi All,

Susan is officially a Kenyon College Student.
We arrived in Ohio on Saturday and did a whirlwind shopping trip, loading the rented mini-van with everything from notebooks to Welches Fruit snacks.
Sunday we arrived on Campus and participated in Orientation.

We met Susan's roommate Daniella, and began helping Sus' settle in. Upper classemen/women even volunteered to carry stuff up to her 3rd floor room.
Daniella is very sweet, and was so patient with us as we invaded her space (she had been on campus for 2 weeks attending pre-orientation).

Susan is lucky to know a few other freshman from her Kenyon Young Writers Program last summer. In fact, one is living on her floor - and has a car on campus.

In the afternoon Kenyon held a Convocation for incoming students, then we ran a few more errands (meeting Susan's faculty advisor (very nice/ appears to be a good fit and doing a final Staples run).

We left as Susan was running off to dinner with her Upper Classmen Counselor.
Oh ya, we have found Tim Pomarole's twin! Susan's Floor RA is totally, and utterly Tim's twin - build, mannerisms, speech pattern. It struck all three of us immediately.

More Tea Party Fun!

I think we discovered a new tradition... the tea party/field day!

It was a perfect day for a tea party! And yes, that is a little chocolate cake up Celia's nose, but she did keep her pinkie lifted while she was eating it!
